What youll be doing...
You will serve as the primary point of contact for responding to internal Equal Employment Opportunity complaints in matters of discrimination and harassment. For each case, youll conduct an internal investigation including interviewing relevant parties and gathering documentation, and articulating your findings. You will also provide subject matter expertise to all levels of leadership on EEO Law and compliance programs, and practices. You will also serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for an assigned HR Business Partner client group for all leveraged employee relations matters.
