Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have one year of specialized experiencethat includes managing, supervising, leading a staff, assigning work and setting priorities. Experience managing a decentralized workforce. Experience providing outreach to various external networks such as local news media, community organizations and leaders, government officials. Experience communicating with internal management, training individuals and groups on recruiting techniques and strategies for hard to recruit locations. Experience implementing and monitoring a recruitment campaign to ensure large volumes of applicants apply within a specific geographic location.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in any area with Superior Academic Achievement OR one full year of graduate education directly related to the position.
