The consultant will be part of a hand-picked team that will be expected to drive and support:
- Innovation of commodity procurement through thought partnering, problem solving,
detailed analytics, and strategy forums
- Collection, synthesis, and communication of market analytics and insights to drive WWP
strategies and decision making
- Participate and drive key elements of the Enterprise Solutions Group Sourcing Strategy
covering areas such as ESG sourcing council, X-LOB product roadmap planning, contract
management, Design to Cost/Value/Leverage portfolio strategy...etc.
- Structural commodity team initiatives, deliverables, and cross-functional communications
- Supplier management engagement models, best practices, and cost management
strategies within the key commodity portfolios
- Working in close collaboration with the Enterprise business leaders, develop supporting
processes, tools and metrics, and where appropriate, oversee implementation

+ Masters in Bus. Admn., Supply Chain, Business Analytics/Intelligence or related field
+ 10+ years of applicable work experience in procurement/supply chain
+ 3 - 5+ years experience in a consulting firm and/or experience in an in-house strategy team
+ Record of success and best-in-class achievement in prior work and education experiences
+ Strong leadership and Project Management skills
+ Exceptional stakeholder management experience at all levels
+ Problem solving and analytical thinking
+ Ability to clearly and concisely communicate recommendations and conclusions with the support of detailed analysis and sources
